CHEST - Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Sleeve - Measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist, keeping the tape straight. Note the length and repeat for the other sleeve to ensure accuracy.
Waist -Wrap the measuring tape around your torso at the smallest part of your waist. Typically this is an inch or so above your belly button and is also known as the natural waistline.
Please note: These measurements are a rough estimation only. They are made within a set sizing specification margin, however sizing can vary between garments.
