CHEST

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

WAIST

Measure around your natural waistline where your trousers sit, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and snug but not tight.

SLEEVE LENGTH

Measure from your shoulder and down to your wrist, following the natural curve of your arm.

HIPS
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of the seat.

INSEAM
Take a measuring tape and calculate the length between just below your crotch and the bottom of your ankle.
